Ellen Meyer Shorb is a principal of Blue Sage Partners, a strategy consulting practice specializing in meeting facilitation. Blue Sage (BlueSagePartners.com) works with visionaries to build teams to get things done — designing and running meetings, conducting organizational scans, facilitating strategic plans, and coaching and training senior managers to build teams and use compelling language to drive consensus and inspire teams to action. Before consulting she was a senior manager for multiple nonprofits, in the fields of international relations, affordable housing, and community development. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, a MBA from Stanford University, and a BA from Dartmouth College. Julie Lineberger is the co-founder/owner of LineSync Architecture, a green and sustainable firm in southern Vermont that has garnered numerous awards for design, energy efficiency, and business management. Julie chairs the Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility Board of Directors, teaches Organizational Behavior and Socially Responsible Business Management at Southern Vermont College, and has presented and participated in numerous economic development panels, workshops, and presentations.
Her previous career in international development included managing and participating in projects for the United Nations Development Program, the International Rescue Committee, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and various other non-governmental organizations in Mexico, Colombia, Bonaire, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Thailand, and Oman.
